Court – Ordered Services or Forensic and Family Work
I offer specific contracts to work with court ordered families so that collaboration with the court system and/or Child Protective Services and/or Juvenile Hall can be seamless. I am a firm believer in keeping the best interest of the child forefront and working with the legal system to support children’s mental health and growth through difficult trails and tribulations. No matter what brought you and your family to the unfortunate situation of being involved in the court system, my goal is to walk through this difficult time with you and your children in order to find a pathway to hope and healing. Nothing is every so broken that there isn’t an appropriate solution. Let’s find the solutions together.
Fees and Contracts
For forensic work, I am only able to offer direct pay for services. I will offer contracts with set retainer fees paid upfront. I provide itemized invoices of time spent on your case and clarity about services provided. Fee structures will be clearly delineated in my forms and contracts prior to any work. As always a free hour consultation to review compatibility of approach, services, and fees will be offered before any contract is considered.
